Dr. Asaria has been performing and perfecting his signature facelift for over a decade and his technique attracts patients from all over the world. Browlift is usually performed in combination with upper eyelid or facelift procedures to elevate heavy or sagging brows. The goal is to subtly lift the brow in a natural manner and to shape the outer corner of the eye resulting in a more youthful and refreshed appearance. A conservative change is always emphasized in this region.
Dr. Asaria’s is renowned for his meticulous lip lift technique. He is incredibly precise with his measurements, planning, and fine suturing to create the best possible result while trying to minimize the appearance of the scar.
Before & After
Laser resurfacing is primarily used to reduce the appearance of etched lines around the cheeks, eyes, and mouth, to tighten loose skin around the eyelids, and to reduce uneven pigmentation associated with sun damage. While eyelid and facelift surgery treats the looseness and laxity in the region, the outer surface of the skin is improved using a fractionated laser. Dr. Asaria favours the use of a fractionated Erbium-YAG laser which balances power with safety in patients of varying skin-types.

Dr. Asaria has lectured across the world on his specific technique of lower eyelid surgery with volume replacement. Rather than removing a large amount of skin and fat, he utilizes fat transfer to reduce volume loss and hollowing around the lower eyelid and upper cheek. Fat bags and extra skin are conservatively excised to maintain a smooth and natural appearance and the skin is further tightened and smoothed using a deep chemical peel or laser resurfacing. This combined approach takes time and effort, but Dr. Asaria firmly believes it is worth the extra attention.

Chin augmentation can be performed in isolation, although it is often combined with rhinoplasty or facelift surgery. Improving the definition of the chin can bring the lower face into better balance and has the additional benefit of supporting and strengthening the jawline. Dr. Asaria uses a flexible silicone implant that is custom carved for each patient. It is secured in a tight pocket along the lower border of the chin through a small submental incision.

In addition to improving laxity through eyelid surgery or facelift surgery, Dr. Asaria is a proponent of restoring facial volume in key areas to create a youthful appearance. Fat is carefully harvested and purified, and then delicately injected to hollowed out regions around the eyes, mouth and chin.
