Face Toronto utilizes a wide range of skincare procedures, including chemical peels, light treatments, and lasers, to address the root cause of your acne breakouts.
Acne is one of the most common and pernicious skin concerns. It affects people of all ages and skin types, but its treatment is ever-elusive. Acne breakouts can occur for various reasons, including bacterial presence, clogged pores, excess sebum production, and other factors. As such, it’s important to diagnose and treat the root cause of your acne problems to provide complete relief.
We use a cutting-edge 3D imaging tool called Observ to produce a detailed analysis of your skin. The Observ technology allows us to visualize the predicted results of various treatments on your skin and select the ideal therapy. All our treatments are drug-free and safe.
15 to 60 minutes, depending on the chosen treatment.
The specific side-effects depend on the chosen treatments. However, we only use non-surgical and non-invasive treatments with minimal side effects and little to no downtime.
The results appear gradually over multiple sessions, depending on the chosen treatment plan.
Your acne therapy starts with a consultation with Miriam, our exceptionally skilled and trained cosmetic provider. She examines your facial skin and reviews your medical history to identify the root cause of your acne breakouts. She also runs the Observ skin analysis tool to visualize the results of various treatments on your skin — this allows you to see how your skin will look with different treatments. Miriam uses this technology to curate the ideal treatment plan.
We use various cutting-edge technologies and techniques to treat your acne breakouts. We use the groundbreaking technologies available in the Sciton portfolio, such as BBL Light, Halo Laser, ProFractional Laser. We also use chemical peels that kill the bacteria responsible for your acne. Whatever the chosen treatment might be, you might need multiple sessions spaced 1-2 weeks apart for optimal results.
Your medical aesthetician will discuss the ideal post-treatment recovery guidelines based on the chosen treatment plan. Most of our treatments involve little to no downtime with mild side effects, such as redness, swelling, and irritation. You can resume your daily activities immediately or within 2 to 3 days. Your aesthetician will also provide the ideal treatment frequency for optimal results.
